The Process Following the proud Italian tradition of acquavite di vinaccia, the freshly pressed grape skins, seeds, and stems are further fermented and distilled with precision in our copper pot still. This careful, artisan approach captures the full aromatic complexity of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, the deep berry notes, the subtle earthiness, the unmistakable varietal character and concentrates it into a spirit of remarkable depth.
