The Cane Australia's East Coast is home to some of the world's most exceptional sugarcane, grown in the rich volcanic soils and tropical warmth of Australia's magnificent cane country. We source only the finest fresh cane juice and molasses from growers who share our uncompromising commitment to quality. The Process Our White Cane Spirit is crafted in the tradition of the finest rhum agricole and premium cane spirits of the world. The freshly harvested cane is crushed, fermented with precision and distilled in our copper pot still to capture the vibrant, grassy freshness that defines a truly exceptional cane spirit. Minimal intervention is our philosophy, we distil to preserve the natural character of the cane.
